Payment terms include 50% upfront for projects, monthly billing for retainers, and net 15 days for hourly consulting.
VertaForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including breach of Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with at least 30 days notice for material changes.
